This smoothie is a quick make, all you have to do is throw some ingredients in the blender and top off your bowl with your favorite toppings, so simple! A quick breakfast or after the gym pick-me-up that is also very nutrient-dense for all your busy lifestyles.
Refreshing Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 Acai Berry Puree Frozen Packets, Defrosted
- 1 Banana, Frozen
- 1 Cup Fruit of Your Choice (Blueberries, Raspberries, Mango, Strawberries, Pineapple, etc).
- ¾ Cup Juice or Milk of Choice (Almond, Cashew, Coconut, Whole, 2%, 1%, etc.)
- ½ Cup Yogurt (Greek or Plain work best, however you can use Vegan Yogurt or Coconut Cream as substitutions.)

Directions:
1. First, freeze banana while defrosting the acai berry puree. Measure all ingredients before blending. Once the puree is defrosted, remove banana from freezer.
2. Next, add banana, acai berry puree, 1 cup fruit of choice, ¾ cup juice or milk, and ½ cup yogurt to a blender. Blend mixture until pureed. If mixture is too thick, add some more juice or milk to thin until desired consistency is reached.
3. Then, pour smoothie into bowl. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
Tips/Tricks:
- Keep bananas frozen on hand for faster preparation.
- The thicker the bowl is, the less of a hassle it is to eat, and your toppings will stay on top for any picture taking :)
