'Ham & Cheese' Sliders

These sliders were so easy to make and they were super tasty! The 'ham' used is a vegan alternative by Yves. Top these babies with some olive oil and poppy seeds and you'll have a quick appetizer or light lunch in no time!

'Ham & Cheese' Sliders Recipe:


Yield: 5 Servings

Cook Time: 20 Min

Ingredients:

- 5 Hawaiian Rolls

- 5 Slices Yves Vegan Ham

- 1 Cup Daiya Mozzarella Cheese

- 1/8 Cup Chopped Parsley

- 1/2 Tbsp Poppy Seeds

- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- Cooking Spray

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease cast iron skillet or baking dish w/ cooking spray.

2. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half place ham on the bottom of the rolls and top with Daiya mozzarella cheese.

3. Place tops of rolls on top of the cheese and place sliders in a skillet or baking dish.

4. Brush tops of sliders with olive oil using a basting brush and sprinkle poppy seeds over the tops.

5. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

6. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over tops and serve immediately, enjoy!

Tips/Tricks:

- Brioche rolls would also be a delicious alternative to this recipe, however be mindful of the egg if you are vegan!
