This is a super simple recipe for all those Earl Gray lovers out there! The addition of steamed coconut milk adds a subtle sweetness that makes this the perfect plant-based beverage, enjoy!
Early Gray Latte w/ Steamed Vanilla Coconut Milk:
Yield: 2 Servings
Cook Time: 10 Min
Ingredients:
- 2 Earl Gray Tea Bags
- 2 Cups Boiling Water
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Pumps Torani Vanilla Syrup
- ½ Cup Coconut Milk or
Coconut Cream
Directions:
1. Bring a pot or kettle of water to a boil.
2. While water is heating up, warm coconut milk in a small pot, do not bring to a boil.
3. Place tea bags in mugs and add water, leaving 1/3 of the room left for coconut milk.
4. Let steep according to package instructions. Remove tea bag.
5. Add ¼ tsp vanilla to each mug, 1 pump of vanilla syrup and ¼ cup coconut milk or cream.
6. Stir with a spoon and enjoy hot!
Tips/Tricks:
- You can replace the vanilla syrup with succanat sugar or coconut sugar for a milder level of sweetness, enjoy!
