These are perfect for treating yourself after a long day of work when you need to take the edge off. Surprise your significant other with a special cocktail this Valentine's Day or bookmark for a future party!

Amaretto Sours Recipe:
Yield: 2 Servings
Cook Time: 10 Min
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Amaretto
- 2 oz Brandy or Bourbon of Choice
- 2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 oz Aquafaba or Egg White
- Ice for Glasses
- Garnish: Skewer w/ Berries
Directions:
1. Gather all ingredients. Using a cocktail shaker or a mason jar with a lid, add amaretto, brandy or bourbon, fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, and aquafaba and shake together for 15-20 seconds,
2. Add ice to the shaker and then shake again for 5 shakes. Strain the liquid out and pour evenly over rocks glasses filled with fresh ice.
3. Garnish with a skewer filled with berries, enjoy! :)
Tips/Tricks:
- I love that this recipe can be vegan if you use aquafaba and pulverize sugar in the raw instead of using granulated sugar.
- If you’re making multiple batches of these cocktails, I recommend sticking with the original recipe above and making only batches of 2.
